hi Can anyone help me with this I have a back condition, that has caused a mobility issue also have a stenosis of the spine with doctors/physio saying no guarantees of success of surgery my lower leg has been numb an weak for over two years with now sign of recovery, would i be eligible for PIP even though I am working

If your physical condition affects your ability to walk, and has an impact on your daily living, then you may apply. It can be a long and tortuous road, but if you consider the effects of your medical conditions are serious enough  then apply. I would talk to your doctor and local CAB before you start. Good luck
