Won my pip tribunal today what happens now with backdated money

    I won mine yesterday and wondered the same thing. Do they have to back date it? They cut my money 13 months ago to standard care and no mobility, but yesterday I got enhanced for both. I don't know what happens now as they don't tell you on the day

    You will receive back pay from the start of your claim.

    So a great result for you, it might take a few weeks before payments are made, keep an eye on your bank account, as often payments are made.
