Hello @nanamum Pleased to meet you welcome.
Thank you joining and sharing.
Understand benefits are complex and confusing. I have and do contact my local CAB for all form filling in.
You need the right and correct information. I found need to know so made an appointment. Having some one face to face can be reassuring and useful.
Simple to understand something to consider.
I know there will be members of our community or team to help and give you advice.
We are a supportive friendly community.
Care and share.
Please ask if we can advise on anything some one will know.
Please take care

Hi @nanamum, and welcome! I've moved your other recent post into our ESA discussions, where hopefully our community members will be able to advise.
