Hey everyone hope you're all well,
just wanted to let you all know if it's of any interest, that I've just started a new series of accessible cookery videos.
The aim of these videos is to show that there are ways around many physical boundaries in the kitchen and there's no need to let them stop you from cooking up a storm!
I have ataxia which affects my balance, co ordination and mobility. If you are interested and want to know more, go to my youtube channel www.youtube.com/myshakylife
