Hi all,
I have my pip tribunal on the 30th on Nov. I have a meeting with my Cab contact on the 16th of Nov to go through what will happen and to send in any evidence. In the meantime while waiting for a date I have been awarded Lcwwra from a Mr decision. I was wondering if this will have any bearing on the decision for my pip tribunal? I was awarded 15 points for 'consuness' with risk being taken into consideration on certain discriptors from the lcwwra. In the pip assessment I scored 0 points across the board. I suffer from tonic clonic epilepsy.

Your LCWRA will have no impact on your PIP Tribunal. As your hearing is on the 30th you're leaving it rather late to send evidence to HMCTS. Ideally it should have been sent ASAP. You need to make sure it's received by HMCTS no later than 10 days before the hearing date, other wise you risk your hearing being adjourned because they may not have time to go through your evidence on the day, if it's a lot. Good luck.

My Tribunal was postponed they said they couldnt get a doctor to sit on panel.
I think its because i sent in my medical records. I am now back to waiting for a new date.
GOODLUCK
