I think we all make that mistake as far as sending evidence with the form as we expect the assessment to be the place to show it and say our piece but that does not work as most of us find out.
Half the reason I won so fast was because of the signs they could see of how anxious I was and they wanted to get me back home ASAP I have had agrophobia since I was 18 and as hard as it is I just had to go I think if you attend a assessment then a tribunal shouldn’t be a problem as it’s far more relaxed and friendly1
