Hi, I'm new here and I'd like to ask a quick question please.
I won my esa tribunal to move back into support group on the 28th August. However DWP attended my tribunal and have asked for a statement of reasons. I received the statement of reasons but not until 14th November.. I have heard nothing from DWP. I phoned them yesterday as I want to know what's happening. I was told by the bloke I spoke to that a decision had been made. But he refused to tell me anything more what had been decided. I phone again today and now the woman's saying it's still with a decision maker. I've had enough I feel like I'll never get this sorted out. I don't know what to or who to believe now. I don't know what will happen next now I'm so fed up with all this.
