Hey I have been in hospital since last Friday and it looks like I might be in aleast another week. I'm getting pip and jobseekers I'm just wondering do I have to let anyone know that I'm in hospital and will this stop my payments. Thanks

I am sure if you are hospital for 6 weeks or more you need to tell them, but maybe someone on the community might know more.

No you dont need to tell them unless you are in hospital for more than 28 days.

Hi I'm back in hospital I got out of hospital on the 21st dec and back in on the 1st Jan I'm still in hospital. Do I need to tell DWP? Also I read somewhere that I don't have to tell them unless it's 28 days or more. Is it 28 days in a year or 28 days at once as I was in hospital for 1 week in April last year. Can someone help me please
