Hi,It's impossible to help with any advice about this on an internet forum. Your sister will need to get expert face to face advice.

Hi @Mutley, and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm truly sorry to hear what has happened to your sister, things must be really difficult at the moment. As has been said above, this situation will need more input than can come from an online forum. I would advise ringing our free helpline at 0808 800 3333 to see if our team can point you in the right direction, although our other community members may be able to offer suggestions too.
I really hope you can get things sorted, and please do keep us updated.
