Hi,It's impossible to help with any advice about this on an internet forum. Your sister will need to get expert face to face advice.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @Mutley, and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm truly sorry to hear what has happened to your sister, things must be really difficult at the moment. As has been said above, this situation will need more input than can come from an online forum. I would advise ringing our free helpline at 0808 800 3333 to see if our team can point you in the right direction, although our other community members may be able to offer suggestions too.
I really hope you can get things sorted, and please do keep us updated.
