I attended tribunal today with my wife in her fight for PIP and received no joy. Now I shall pursue the appeal to Upper Tribunal, so wish us luck! It's all been a nightmare so far and we are convinced the decision was unfair in light of the strength of evidence in her favour.

Thank you. We've asked for the statement of reasons and record of proceedings. Now obviously we have to wait to see if we can find any error that offers us a legal challenge before deciding how to proceed.
