Stress from f2f interview

Hi, my name is Tullyhaz, in October I filled in the forms to transfer from DLA to PIP, capita claimed to never have received the first forms (unfortunately I hadn’t sent as “signed for”) so I had to start the form all over again. This time I posted it using the signed for service.
Anyway on Friday I had the f2f interview at home. I was so stressed about this and am in such a state of despair now as I’ve to wait months for the result.
After she left I developed severe central chest pain, it settled after about 20 minutes, I think it was a panic attack. The stress of this process is unbearable.
