Stress from f2f interview

edited January 2019 in PIP, DLA, and AA
Hi, my name is Tullyhaz, in October I filled in the forms to transfer from DLA to PIP, capita claimed to never have received the first forms (unfortunately I hadn’t sent as “signed for”) so I had to start the form all over again. This time I posted it using the signed for service.
Anyway on Friday I had the f2f interview at home. I was so stressed about this and am in such a state of despair now as I’ve to wait months for the result.
After she left I developed severe central chest pain, it settled after about 20 minutes, I think it was a panic attack.  The stress of this process is unbearable.

Sorry to hear this. Majority of our community have suffered with anxieties when going through the assessment, you're not alone.

If this were to happen again, please ring 111. You will not be wasting their time.
