Universal Credit wants unfit for work from my son

Im just wondering if anyone knows why uc are wanting a unfit for work my son whose 20yrs old on pip has learning difficulties,autism and at college 3times a week,i think its disgusting they have stopped his money after paying him twice,my son is not unfit he has disabilitys and i think the way hes being treated on uc is not right,anyone any advice please.

Yes the “Benefit System” can be cruel some times.

Hi,I'm not sure exactly what it is you're asking, as it's unclear by your post.Students can only claim Universal credit in certain circumstances and a PIP award doesn't automatically mean someone has a limited capability for work.Students and UC is also extremely complicated and i'd advise you to get some face to face advice from either welfare rights or a law centre near you.0
