Hello, I was on dla and transferred onto pip in Jan 2016.I initially did not agree with the decision so I appealed and was successful. Now a year early I have received the booklet form for review! nothing has changed with my condition and there hasn't really been any appointments or anything to report since my last form.So frustrating to have to complete the form again and so soon when nothing has changed in my illness.Does anyone know if there has been any change in pip since jan 2016 I need to know about before I complete my form? Thank you.

Hi @bearbutterfly welcome to the community!
This is normal for PIP to send out a review form, up to a year prior to the end date of your claim.
As far as I am aware, nothing has changed in regards to PIP.
When filling out your review form, if nothing has changed then you still need to state how your conditioner prevent you from doing daily activities.1 -
Thank you for your reply. The form is different to my original pip form. Each of the questions are split into 3 sections starting with Tell us if something has changed and approximately when.Nothing for me has changed but it says I must answer each question so for every question preparing food and cooking or eating and drinking it asks that.Do I simply write nothing has changed then explain how it affects me?

Hi,The form you've received is the new review form. You should answer those questions with as much information as possible about how your conditions affect you. Putting 2-3 examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. There's very limited space on the form to write, so i'd advise using extra paper and make sure your name and NI number is on each one.You can ring DWP to ask for an extension of time to return the form, if you need longer. Any evidence you have should be sent with the form.Expect another face to face assessment because most people have them. It's rare to have a paper based decision. Your money will continue until a decision is made providing the forms are returned on time. Good luck.2
