Is there any legal obligation to have accessible toilets and stairs?

does anybody have  problems with toilets and stairs in public places e.g pubs and is there any legal obligation on there part to give safe access to  a toilet thankyou

I think they have to provide accessible toilets but some listed buildings can be a bit tricky at times

Hi @mosees, and welcome! Are there particular locations you're having trouble with at the moment?

I'm unsure of the legalities myself, but wonder if @Jean_OT could advise here?
