Okay thanks, would you know if pip gets medical info from my gp as it takes too long for them to give me my medical evidence to hand in with my pip form0

I do not think they do, i sent all my letters in from my consultants. I noticed when i went to Tribunal there was nothing in my claim from my GP. So i asked my Doctor for 3 years medical history which they did for me with no charge only took a few days. Good luck0

Yeah I spoke to my doctor and he said it could take 4-5 weeks! So I've sent the pip form off and if I get my medical evidence sooner then I'll send that off when I get it0

Pip has said they dont need me to do a health assessment as they have all the information which is great less stress and worry about it, but I didnt send medical evidence with it as I stated before it takes a month or so to get the evidence back and put on my form that they could ask the gp directly, I phoned my gp today and they said they havent heard from pip nor sent them evidence, could they off asked universal credit? Just confused on what they would be basing there decision on?0
