As my condition is a chronic pain syndrome which is called rectus sheath syndrome which is the muscles in my chest (six pack ) so moving is painful and even trying to do the lightest of thing is very painful and I can't walk very far and going to the toilet up stair is vertically agony standing at the sink just to brush my teeth and wash is a major task
