Disembelement payment

Recently had my second medical after my accident at work. These have been every 2 yrs. At the last one my other medical problems had really got a lot worse and effect my mobility my disembelement payment is paid due to mobility problems caused to my spine after the accident. I got the impression after being asked so many questions regarding my arthritic problems that they may use these problems as a way of stopping my benifit.
Any thoughts anyone.

Hi
What specific disability benefits are you talking about? -
It's a disembelement payment paid by dwp for injuries at work.

Hi
Industrial Injuries Scheme.
The only thing I can think of, is the Dr might be trying to establish a pre-exsisting condition.
But as you appear to have been awarded the benefit 4 years ago, there is no link.
You will need to wait for the award letter.
Keep us informed.
