    Tried reading the link but ,cant take it in ,it just goes over my head will see if family  can explain ,but thank you

    If people could imagine the feeling you get before an important event ie the nerves and anxiety ,i feel like that 24hrs a day it leaves me physically and mentally drained ,i work on a 1 2 1 basis in a local shop ,i do this cause it does help and it is the only time i go out , its hard just to  get there but if i didnt go i would be isolated, and dont think i could keep my self safe
