Hi @lorrainekerr31, how are you doing?

We have a few members who've discussed these things in the past too. Tagging in @mandygar13p, @mary4ian and @fibroali in case there's any advice they can share!

Hi @lorrainekerr31 i have early stages or carpal tunnel  Syndrome and I've had the terrible injection in each wrist. I have all sorts of pains in my feet, frequent tendon inflamation, raised arches and in general hurt loads.
Can I help in any way?

I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome 29 years ago and have had both hands operated on twice. I've also had the steroid injections. I had my right hand operated on for Arthritis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on Hogmanay and am recovering (hopefully). To be honest I just try to ignore it. I was have a lot of problems with swollen feet, usually in the evening and can't bear having anything on them so sleep with my feet sticking out of the duvet.
