I have just been denied PIP after manatory reconsideration and would like to take it to a tribunal.
I have had 26 operations on my knees due to osteoarthritis and because I have been on crutches for so long I've also had to have shoulder surgery. I rarely leave my house due to pain, immobility and depression. I use a mobility scooter or crutches on the rare occasions I leave my home and when I do walk it's severe pain despite taking painkillers (Morphine, Tramadol, Amitriptyline etc).
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go to your local council and ask to make an appointment with the benefits officer. Apparently they will help you with the tribunal and may even be able to accompany you at the tribunal court's hearing. Good luck xx0
