    Hi,

It would be impossible to tell you when you didn't receive your payment on Friday. If you haven't received it today then you will unfortunately need to ring DWP and ask because they're the only ones that can tell you why.

Hi @kathdragon, and a warm welcome to the community!

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling anxious. Unfortunately it's unlikely anybody on the community will be able to tell you why you haven't received your payment. As Poppy says, if there is no progress soon, the best course of action would be to ring DWP and ask. In the meantime, please do look after yourself, and feel free to keep us updated.

I can take a guess, did the DWP send you an ESA50 to fill in? If no, it is possible that it got delivered to the wrong address. Then again, they would have sent you a reminder letter to send in the ESA50, chances of both letters going astray are pretty slim.

You have to ring the DWP, yes I know it takes a long time to get through, but you have to wait until someone answers.
