Hello,
I've recently had to claim universal credit as my employers have terminated my employment on the grounds of ill health.
I will be having an ESA face to face soon.
Does anybody know the assessors criteria, you know like what they are expecting from me.
I get very nervous at Face to Face interviews and start to stumble my answers and then I lose the plot with my mind going blank. I'd appreciate any help. Thankyou.

Hi @Tarpuk4
Welcome the community.
Thank you for sharing this with us. A lot of our members can relate to you about feeling nervous, please do not feel alone in this.
Please have a read through on Preparing for your ESA assessment from CAB's website.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
Best wishes.

HI,It's a work capability assessment, rather than ESA because you're claiming UC just so others aren't confused. The criteria for that is here. For limited capability for work related activity you must meet at least one of the descriptors the majority of the time. For mobilising they will take into consideration the use of a self propel wheelchair.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
