hi I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 12;years ago. I was in receipt of DLA and in time changed to Pip when I was awarded the higher rate of mobility and care allowance.
i was awarded until December 2018 but was notified in January 2018 that I would be reassessed at home late that
i was awarded one point below he enhanced care ate and 2 points below the higher rate for mobility.
i appealed but lost and in time lost my car and the person who came in twice a week o help me with daily living.
i now have to go to a tribunal at our local court to fight my case.
people who have parkinsons know that stress does make your condition considerably worse and I know I have deteriorated over the last year.
it has been 32 weeks since I heard from the tribunal and still no date set

Hi @annieh32
Thank you for sharing this with us. I am sorry to hear the stress has affected your health. Some of our members may be able to answer this for you. Have you been in touch with your local court for an update? You may be interested in our Further appeal to the Upper Tribunal page.

When you do go to your tribunal, bear in mind that they can only consider how you were on the day of assessment. It may be obvious to the tribunal that your condition has worstened but aviod telling them unless asked
