Hi have had to appeal my pip decision and was told it could take up to 41wks i am allready in debt and my mental health is really bad ,is there a way that i would be able to fast track the appeal ,i am really worried i wont be able to keep myself safe

HI,It could well be longer than that, im afraid. A lot of areas have huge backlogs and some are waiting in excess of 1 year for a hearing date. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to speed up the process.0

Evening, I had to wait about 45 weeks for the tribunal and after I had won it was about another 8 weeks for the money to be paid. I live in the South West0
