    Hi @Bevers1959
So many members tell us about their financial struggles whilst waiting for their appeals and I understand just how tough it is. I dont know whether you can fast track an appeal but if you are struggling with your mental health then please do reach out for support, you can speak to the Samaritans on 116 123.

Their  free debt advice helpline is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm on 0800 043 40 50.

I wouldnt advise starting a new claim for PIP. To constantly re-apply using the same evidence you previously used is not the answer because they'll most likely refuse you again. Also if you did start a new claim any decision made on that will overrule the Tribunal decision. My advice is to continue with this Tribunal.

They like advising people to re-apply in the hope that they won't take it to Tribunal... that and constantly being refused, great advise by DWP :|

Thank you, its a mine field , i am not savvy on any of this ,its wrong  that  anyone has to keep questioning advice from dwp ,especially if like me they have mental health problems
