Re assessment after a tribunal decision

Following a tribunal decision a PIP award will be up for review 14 weeks before the end date. I have noticed that many people in this situation have their award cut back to the origional decision made by the DWP. The HCP will make a recommendation following a f2f and likely to find as before. I wondered how many people have found this and whether the HCP and DWP take into consideration the tribunal decision
