Good afternoon
Hubby had f2f 3 weeks ago and this morning had a sum of money put in the bank. I'm still awaiting his decision letter but appears he has been awarded standard rate for both.
If we send an MR for daily living will he have to have another assessment/medical?
Thanks in advance

Hi,When requesting the MR they will look at the whole award again and not just part of it. No another assessment will not be needed. Most MR decisions remain the same and most end up taking it to Tribunal. You have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the MR and i'd advice putting it in writing.1
