I was receiving PIP back in September 2018. I went through the revision process and daily living was taken away. Just prior to the tribunal I got a phone call to say that daily living had been reinstated. When is this backdated to please......

Hi @krisjayIf you have accepted the offer you should receive a new decision letter and this will give you the dates and backpayment if any. It should be backdated to the day it was removed.

Hi @krisjay, thank you for sharing with us, I'm glad to hear your issue was resolved without you needing to go to tribunal. As CockneyRebel mentioned, it should be backdated to the date it was removed but it will state this on your new decision letter.
