Mindful Monsters in your child’s school

Did you know, practicing mindfulness can not only help improve behaviours and resilience but also academic performance in students? It’s because of this we have been working hard to develop our award-winning activities, specifically for key stage one and two.
The brand-new pack contains activity cards and lesson plans for Key stage one and two, but guess what, they are free! All we ask in return is you hold a dress down day at the end of Mindful Monsters week and celebrate your students’ successes.
You could be the first to receive the pack and get exclusive content when the Monsters launch very soon. Simply register your interest by visiting the Mindful Monsters website and take the first step to becoming a more mindful and resilient school.

That’s great. I think I’ve seen them at my schools. Is it just schools who get the pack?0
