Loan scheme in Gloucestershire for equipment

My son has returned from abroad as a single parent to a 9 year old daughter with Cerebral Palsy. He was unable to bring any equipment for her on the plane so I wondered if there was a loan scheme in Gloucestershire that could help out until he can get her the things that she needs?
