Hi been on the phone to pip 49mins it took them to answer lucky did they hadn't sent them out as there was a queiry that I had permission to help CARL58 which was taken down when we did part1 alsorted now but my point to them was why wasn't we informed there was a queiry as I had full permission already no apology for there error but form will be on its way absolutely useless CARL58 could have lost his claim if I didn't ring today no wonder people are ill causes to much stress it's an unfair system and I would fight them all the way because people like CARL58 and others truly. need the support I'm getting upset myself now it STINKS!!!  playing god with people's lives jen
