I am 60 years old and teach mindfulness meditation, I have been having problems for a few years and have been diagnosed with Pernicious Aneamia of which the medical fraternity seem to know very little, I have neural damage and balance problems, which makes walking difficult so I now use a stick to help me from falling over as I have had quite a few falls and broken bones.

I have Ataxia which causes me to lose balance and I can only walk a few metres with a walking frame too. Let us know if we can help you with anything :)
