Hi @Zenkoblue, so Tuesday's appointment has now been cancelled? Hopefully this will give you time to get the extra information to them.
Did they explain why the home visit was rejected in the first place?0 -
Hey Adrian yeah Tuesday cancelled and they said because I been over hospital appointments I can go assessment centre but that was with my mam who now I’ll ?0
-
I'm sorry to hear your mum is ill. Have they given you another assessment date?
0 -
Nope no new date yet (yay)they look at my file again which seems nice of them and they need new doctors letter which I hope sort out tomorrow when I get appointment0
-
At least it's a weight off of your mind for now. Hopefully the doctor can help you with another letter and your next appointment will be booked as a home visit.
Do keep in touch and let us know how this progresses.
