I have three grown up children only one lives at home as she is going to university in Sept
I suffer with severe back pain that I need to walk with the aid of a walking stick. I'm limited to the distance that I can walk who H I find very frustrating
I attend my local church

That's good to hear, I am sure she will do well. I am sorry to hear this, have you been in touch with your GP recently to see if there's any other support you can get; to be referred to a specialist or a pain clinic?

Hello I have seen all the health care professionals including pain management ,GP consultant etc I've had various treatments and I'm on strong medication for the pain and I use other method of pain relief such as tens machine, wheat bag etc I've been told it's something I have to live with I try not to let it get me down and I live each day as its a blessing.
