Hi @Emmz888 welcome to the community! Did you receive a letter in which the assessment would take place and when?

Welcome to the community @Emmz888 :) Thank you for sharing this with us. If you did receive a letter, you can give them a call to explain why you missed it.

You will need to ring DWP  to speak to them. Not attending a work capability assessment could mean your ESA will stop for failing to attend. You will need to tell them your reasons for not attending but you may need to request the Mandatory Reconsideration for this. If this does happen then i'd advise you to speak to an advice agency near you for face to face to advice.

Did you get a letter or not? If so I would follow up with a email or phone call to check on things. Tell them why you didn’t attend the assessment and see if you can request a mandatory reconsideration immediately too. Also please get some advice from a agency that specialises in helping people. You might need it.

Did you get in touch with them as soon as possible to explain why you missed it? Even if you haven't heard from them yet, I think it is worth getting in touch with them as advised above & explaining what happened.

If your ESA is stopped, then you should request a mandatory reconsideration explaining all the reasons you weren't able to attend. It sounds as if it is very difficult for you to get around so if transport and/or access difficulties were involved, do say so.

Hope you get this sorted soon.
