Hi @natti77 and welcomeHave you asked for a copy of the assessment report ?The first stage is to request a mandatory reconsideration, You should identify which descriptors you fit the criteria for and give 2-3 examples of what happens when you attempt each.If possible you should get trained advice from an agency near you1

Hi CockneyRebel
i have got the person who scores you report from the PIP
can I ask for a report from the person who assessed me?
1 -
Yes you can ask for a copy of the actual assessment. I think it is a PA4

Ok I never knew...I’m actually in the process of asking for the mandatory reconsider the assessment for me2
-
As you know PIP is about how your conditiom affects certain daily living tasks and mobility. Have you taken the self test to see which descriptors you fit ?

Yeah I did and I passed everything on it so I don’t understand why I scored 0
my mandatory reconsideration is it better writing to them or to phone them?0 -
it is always best to put anything in writing to the DWP and keep copies. Make sure that you do not miss the deadline and to be sure ring them a day or two before

Well my sister will write it out for me due to my eyesight..
They stopped my claim from the 26th April 2019 I think I have a bit of time not sure will have to ask my sister to read it for me.1 -
Hello @natti77 Pleased to meet you . My friend @CockneyRebel has given you a lot of excellent advice.
Please if I can make a suggestion. Please ask your sister to make some notes on what you need to do. Go onto the posts my friend has sent to you.
I would also make another suggestion get some help with this The MR Mandatory Reconsideration . I would speak to CAB.
I know myself. Does help.
Please if we can help with anything. Please ask.
Pleasure to meet you.
Take care.

We have got some “Benefit Advisors” ourselves which I would be more than happy in forwarding your post if required??
