    Hi @natti77 and welcome

Have you asked for a copy of the assessment report ?

The first stage is to request a mandatory reconsideration, You should identify which descriptors you fit the criteria for and give 2-3 examples of what happens when you attempt each.

If possible you should get trained advice from an agency near you

As you know PIP is about how your conditiom affects certain daily living tasks and mobility. Have you taken the self test to see which descriptors you fit ?

Yeah I did and I passed everything on it so I don’t understand why I scored 0

my mandatory reconsideration is it better writing to them or to phone them?

it is always best to put anything in writing to the DWP and keep copies. Make sure that you do not miss the deadline and to be sure ring them a day or two before

Hello @natti77 Pleased to meet you .  My friend @CockneyRebel has given you a lot of excellent advice.

Please if I can make a suggestion. Please ask your sister to  make some notes on what you need to do.  Go onto the posts my friend has sent to you.

I would also make another suggestion get some help with this The MR Mandatory Reconsideration . I would speak to CAB.

    I know myself. Does help.

Please if we can help with anything. Please ask.

    Pleasure to meet you.

    Take care.

Welcome it’s great to see that you have already had some great help from some of our community members.

Yes contacting the CAB would be the best way for you to go next.

We have got some “Benefit Advisors” ourselves which I would be more than happy in forwarding your post if required??
