Hi @sammy66 and a warm welcome to the community! To echo previous comments, this may be something you would like to ask a medical professional about. Is there anything else we can help with? Hi, foraminal stenosis is something I have in my lumbar spine. The difference is the the holes where the spinal roots exit the spine are narrowing causing pinching on the nerves. They are similar conditions. Mine is caused by spondylolisthesis where my vertebrae at L5 S1 is slipping forward and I have pars fractures. It causes alot of pain in my lower back and sciatica pain. Hope it helps.
