Hi Steve, I will, yes Ive spoken to my doctor.I was just wondering if you have any tips on managing to get out. I tend to find it easier at quiet times, or with someone, but its not always possible, and I often feel a bit stranded. Not the best. I'd love to hear how people manage the fear of it really. Its v easy to become too anxious, and I don't need that!

Hi @Nic123
I have over the past few years taken very very small journey’s to my local shops.
I still find that this is enough mind you.
I would say that doing it in “small chunks” until you get “confident enough”
Yes leaving it until it becomes “quite” is a good idea as well.
I do hope that this is okay????

Thanks Steve, small chunks to build confidence is deff! the way to go. Cheers
