    Hi,

Your payments will stop if you don't return it by the date stated on the letter. If you don't have enough time to return the form then you can ring DWP to ask for an extension and they'll give you an extra 14 days.

Do you have someone who can help you to fill the form out? Like a family member or friend? Even an advice centre? but ask to check the form before they send it if you ask an advice centre.

Thanks, I can't use my hands quite often due to Pain,  I've been trying to fill them in for almost 4 weeks now.

In cases of severe difficulty a Case manager might grant an additional 14 days but you will have to ask and explain your problem
