I have just been diagnosed with heart valve disease and was wondering if any of you have it and how do you manage it.

Just read last post and noticed I wrote man problems and not many problems. Done some research and it looks like i was probably born with heart valve problems. The doctor told me he already knew I had a heart murmur and it is only just starting to cause me problems. I will just have to look after myself a bit more and slow down and learn to relax when I
    need to.

Hello @deb74 Thank you for sharing.  Please can I ask did you contact The British Heart Foundation?

I know this is a difficult time for you.  We are here to be supportive. I can understand at this time everything is causing you a lot of anxiety.

What I think is important is to find ways to deal with the anxiety and stress.

I use my self as I suffer mental health issues have anxiety and use meditation and quiet time. Have a lot of relaxation music easy listening calming.

    Does help.

May I also add contact  The British Heart Foundation they may suggest support groups you can join. In your area where you reside.

Something to look at and consider.

    Wish you well.

    Take care.
