Hi
Had a pip assessment 31 may 2019.
Told by assesser that a decision will be made within 4 weeks. Received a letter from dwp frIday 14 June 2019.saying that they have all the information required for your pip assessment and you will be notified regards to there decision . Told by friend that if you going knocked off pip they do it withings 2 weeks. And that the longer you don't hear the better the chance they you've been awarded pip.

HiThe HCP should not have told you when a decision will be made, that is down to the DWP. Decision times vary from area to area and the length of time is no indication.Have you asked for a copy of the assessment report ?0

Most assessors will tell you 6 weeks but they really have no idea how long backlogs are in any area.
