HI,There's no timescales, it depends on backlog in your area.Most people have face to face assessments so expect one of these. It's rare to have a paper based assessment.

It depends on the backlog for your area. To answer your other question more than often they carry out a face to face assessment. Paper based ones are rare. -
Hello, I can't remember exactly but it took about 8-10 weeks for mine to come through. I got it all backdated from the date they received the form,

It's backdated from the 14th week of the claim, if successfully placed into the support group.
