Hi Guys
I was just reading a post and I think I may have made a mistake with the form .. I am an appointee for my son and I have just thought I signed the form and not him .. noooo it didn't even occur to me.
Do you guys think I should call up after work and see what they say ? .. its been around 2 weeks since I posted the form off .. I think it justfeels longer as we had to wait a while to sort the appointte thing out .. darn
anyone know if im back to the drawing board ?

Hello again @mumofthetwinsI believe if you are an appointee then you sign the form not your son.Someone will be able to confirm this.J

Hi,Yes if you're an appointee for someone then you definitely sign the form and not the claimant. Remember, you're applying for a benefit on behalf of someone that's unable to manage their own claim.0
