Hi Guys
I was just reading a post and I think I may have made a mistake with the form .. I am an appointee for my son and I have just thought I signed the form and not him .. noooo it didn't even occur to me.
Do you guys think I should call up after work and see what they say ? .. its been around 2 weeks since I posted the form off .. I think it justfeels longer as we had to wait a while to sort the appointte thing out .. darn
anyone know if im back to the drawing board ?

Hello again @mumofthetwinsI believe if you are an appointee then you sign the form not your son.Someone will be able to confirm this.J

I would think that too, but if you are worried then a phonecall can`t hurt. x

Hi,Yes if you're an appointee for someone then you definitely sign the form and not the claimant. Remember, you're applying for a benefit on behalf of someone that's unable to manage their own claim.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
