I'd say the people that make my smile are my and partner but also definitely animals. If I'm having a down day and I see a dog it automatically lifts my mood

My son’s achievements. Yesterday whilst we were out he independently navigated unfamiliar surroundings in his wheelchair.

I love being around my family, they always make me laugh and there is never a dull moment!

Then that gives me a smile at the end of a day. Being a friend to some one in need.
