I'd say the people that make my smile are my and partner but also definitely animals. If I'm having a down day and I see a dog it automatically lifts my mood

Being outside and 'in nature' goes a long way to improving my mood @Tammyjane33. If nothing else, it reminds me that that there's plenty else out there.Community Manager

@April2018mom that's lovely to hear, and an amazing achievement. @Elsey66 it's important parents have me time and I think a good old sing song works wonders

I love being around my family, they always make me laugh and there is never a dull moment!
Sitting down with a cup of coffee, a blanket and a good book is always a good way to spend the evening!Scope -
I also love my heat pad. Trivia contests make me happy too.

I also love the rare cup of strong wine on difficult days!

Hello @Tammyjane33 I like this. If I have a bad day then come on here try to find someone to help and offer a lot of support.
Then that gives me a smile at the end of a day. Being a friend to some one in need.
Hope that answers your. question.
Take care.
