I am a 26 year old man with cerabal palsy with a speech impediment and have recently moved into my own home.I am very shy about it but would like a sexual experience maybe by an escort as no strings attached.Does anyone have advice about any services I could access for this to happen?

ermmm, each to their own, but my advice would be not to 'dive-straight-in' with an escort, and at least try to develop a meaningful relationship, because trust me, good sex is not gained through experience, but through mutual loving respect between two loving souls, and as the saying goes: Money Cannot Buy Love (and) Love Is All You Need.
However, I'm sure that nobody here would be allowed to suggest a site that promotes Escorts for sex, but all I can say is be vey careful indeed WHO you invite into your home for any casual encounter, and don't let your wallet distort your mind... ANY Escort, will only be interested in squeezing you for as much money as possible and you may just get more than you wanted... Think again.
Also, as you had no problem 'asking' on here, please try asking a Sex Therapist Worker (your local CAB should be able to help you get in touch with one/a Centre) and you'll be able to speak in total confidence and explain how you feel and what/why you want to consider the services of an Escort. The Sex Therapist will always give you impartial advice and in the strictest of confidence...

Hi @redpat1
Great to meet you. There are some organisations that you might want to try.
www.outsiders.org.uk Self help group for physically and socially impaired people to find relationships.
www.tlc-trust.org.uk For disabled men and women to access responsible sex workers, therapists and educators with advice and guidelines
Many people, not just disabled people use escorts, for many different reasons. It is important to be as informed as possible.
