Physiotherapy treatment at home

Hi. Do you include rest breaks for any physiotherapy you do in the time for managing treatment? Thanks

    No, it's the time you spend doing the physio that counts.

    No. What is more important is how long you do physical therapy for.

    I didn't like physiotherapy. Exercise is better than physiotherapy treatment.
